Natasha Kalidin, the visionary behind Stress to Strength, brings a wealth of experience and a deeply personal journey to her work. With over 15 years in the tech industry, including roles at Microsoft and LinkedIn, Natasha understands the demands and pressures of high-achieving environments. Her journey into workplace wellbeing began with a personal crisis that reshaped her perspective on life and work.
This challenging period forced her to look inward and prioritize self-care and wellbeing. Natasha realized that true wellbeing starts from within, but she also understood that significant, lasting change requires a shift within organizations. This insight led her to focus on helping ambitious professionals and HR leaders create environments where both individuals and organizations can thrive, preventing the pitfalls she experienced.
By empowering leaders and employees to be more productive and increase performance while maintaining their wellbeing, she aims to create a more sustainable and fulfilling work environment.
